[Closed] way to know that bevel mode is active?

Is there anyway I can know if Bevel is active, or to stop it if it’s active?

Problem is if the user is modifying with bevel and press enter detail in polyspeed then I will change the geometry which will make bevel destroy the object.

Also I don’t want to stop other tools like extrude etc, which makes it harder

Possibly through the <enum>[b]GetOperation/b/<enum>[b]SetOperation/b function under Edit_Poly : Modifier in the reference. It seems to be able to return and set the current operation under editpoly.

Sorry, no time to test that theory!

yea, it works perfect for edit_poly, but, this function doesn’t exist for the editABLE_poly
I can’t find it at least.

That’s… kinda annoying! Maybe that’s the only way you can check! Seems odd, since they are essentially the same thing. I’ve scoured the polyop section, but I’m stumped for the moment! (This is where Mr. Petrov steps in!)
