Is it possible to use Visual Studio 2008 with max sdk, I can’t seem to find a way to import the sdk help files to it? Does anybody know how to do it?

Visual C++ 8.0 (Visual Studio 2005, but with 2 hotfixes installed – see “Requirements for Development Platform” in the doc) is the compiler for 3ds Max 2008 plugins development.
Visual Studio 2008 is not officially supported.
