[Closed] Vertex Distances via Voxel Acceleration

Thank you for posting, I will have to try it out and see how it performs

Just looking at it quick though, I already see things I haven’t before, with the buffer for one, so more to learn!

Edit:

I see you are using openedges, which is a good idea. Although for what I use my tool for sometimes, I have geo that is overlapping other geo, and I just want to mass snap all the selected verts to the closest verts on the other geo. So I couldn’t just do open edges.

I will look at it more, and I just tested it quick here on lunch, and its quite fast :). But I’m not sure I will be able to wrap my head around the searching algorithm or not, I will have to look at it more. I’ll definately keep it on hand though and learn as much as I can.
