[Closed] unable to write temorary file when batch handing max files

Hi,
Does anyone has this issue before?My script user reported me that 3dsmax displayed a message -Disk Error “unable to write temorary file ; writing uncompressed scene file” when batch handing max files,I don’t know what’s wrong with it,is this caused by win7?or 3dsmax?
