[Closed] Trackbar – show keys of all objects

i’ve got it… what can i say? WOW#2

It seems the keys are displayed properly using the addition function, but are not editable or selectable if the node is not selected. Any way around this?

I don’t think so. I’m not so sure you’d want to as you be working somewhat blindly, adjust keys that you aren’t sure are connected to what you expect…

I thought about investigating at least selecting the object if you select their key on the trackbar but never had the time.

EDIT: and you can slide the keys around, but they aren’t updated in their new positions on the bar until you select them.

That would work out fine in my case, I’m trying to add keys to c# controls which are connected to objects I wouldn’t want selected or even visible in the viewport.

I’ve had partial success with a ‘when’ construct on the node being affected. What the when construct does is reregister the filter function.
This seems to work, but only if the key moved actually changed the controller value (i.e. if there is only one key on the controller, the callback isn’t triggered)
