Hey fellas. Does anybody know if there’s a script out there that can output the time spent working in a 3ds max file? I know Autocad has a command that allows the user to do this. Thanks in advance.

Not without writting one!
You could attach a persistant script to the startup file that logs the current time and then another script which can be used to calculate the difference. The only problem is max doesn’t really provide any great “time/date” functionality.
The timestamp function only returns the number milliseconds since midnight of the current day.
