Anyone know if there is a way to suppress the query box that comes up when you unhide all and you have objects in multiple layers?

you probably call the max unhide all command, right?
just do it with unhide objects if you don’t want to unhide objects from hidden layers,
or do objects.ishidden = off if want to unhide layers as well.

unhide objects dolayer:true
