[Closed] spline ik control with dummy on tangent

hi all i’m trying to do something very similar to the spline ik control modifier, the only diffrence is that i want it to create also a dummy on the tangent to control a bezier or a bezier corner.
i’m very new to maxscript so if any one could refer me to what i need to look for in the help file that explains how to link a tangent to a dummy that would be great. or to provide a link to such a script if it already exist.
