I wish to import and name *.obj files in max by pointing on a folder where *.obj are.
Actually I have to do “file menu/ import/… prompt settings >ok , prompt rename >type a new name and that s ok…

If I understand you correctly, you might want to check out
mergeMaxFile()
getOpenFileName()
getFiles()
