I would like to improve my plug-in coding skills while attempting to write my first controller plug-in… so I would like to ask if there is anyone here that would be willing to mentor me– I’d be willing to compensate you for your time.
Another thing I want to suggest you could do, is to put your code on for example github, then start a thread here, then start working on it and ask about things in the thread, then anyone who knows something about what you ask can pitch in.
There are many talented developers here, so I’m sure you’ll get the help you need.

Did you mean to say, “Wrap your head around the SDK…” rather than “get your hands on the SDK” ???

Hey, I have been through some webcasts and trainings but I feel that once a project is done only then you get the confidence. So I am planning to make a plugin which would be a really small one. So if you want to stop u for some fun, maybe we can work together towards an open source plugin? Like #givingbacktothesociety
