[Closed] Room Design

I have a picture of lets say a living room,I want to mark parts of the picture so that the user is able do the following:

1-Be able to change the texture of the floor to some pre defined textures. (list of textures)
2-In the living room, there are objects like sofa, I want the user to be able to change the color of the sofa. Or change the color of the walls

Is there an application available for this? If I want to write code is there a library preferably in python that lets me do this? Or can 3dmax help me create this or anything else?
