[Closed] quick access tab

I’m having an issue where my “quick access” tab, isn’t removing the items from it when i tell it to. They clear out of my current session, but when i relaunch, they are back. It seems to clear out correctly in 2010 32 bit, but in my 2010 64 bit version, its not recognizing it. i have also tried “running as admin”, and attempted the same thing with no success.

I’d like to get it to turn off, or clear it out on start up if there is no other option. is there a .dll i can rename, or just a script that will clear it out on startup?

So many times i’ve accidently hit “save” when im actually trying to go to open.
