[Closed] Pop up notes

Im trying to add a pop up note to a max file via script but each time i add a note the file author changes and ends up being a random number. i also get a strange set of numbers and letters in {} brackets in the comments section. i have gone into file properties and manually set the ahuthor but each time it still reverts. i have tried changing it with maxscript and it still doesnt work. Any ideas?
