[Closed] New Spinner script
I feel a bit foolish for asking this, but how does this work? I know how to run Max Scripts so I think it’s just a little thing I’m missing.
Here’s what I’m doing:
I run the script
type in the name of the object I want a spinner for
click Add -> repeat as needed
Select a single object -> Apply Attribute Holder -> Create Spinners
The attribute holder’s modifier panel lights up with a bunch of spinners with the names of the objects in question, but highlighting the spinner and spinning it doesn’t affect the object. Help?
you need to connect the objects with the spinners, with Wire Parameters or reaction manager.

Oh! Now I get it. I’ve never ever used reaction manager or wire parameters before. It’s just never come up. It’s working now, thank you.
