And/or for Larry Minton? I found Larry on LinkedIN, but seems that account is not active.
It’s regarding me modifying and re-publishing a script they wrote.
Why would you need their permission? Doesn’t Autodesk own the rights?
As I’m NOT from Autodesk and they own the rights, it’s just professional and courteous to get permission, especially since I will be re-publishing it from a commercial standpoint, even though it will be free
If somebody modified one of my scripts for example, I would still like to know about it and get some kind of recognition as the original author, even if it is only in the form of a comment in the code.
I meant that you’d need Autodesk’s permission, not the authors’. If you wrote a script for a company and transferred them the rights, someone who wishes to modify that script would need that company’s permission, not your own.

Yes I misunderstood you the 1st time. Anyway, it’s a start, these guys can hopefully point me in the right direction.
