Hi folks, I am scouring the web and docs for a way to get the action item for a given menuitem – is there a way to do this which I am missing?

menuMan doesn’t provide any method to do this, but you can get menu file and search for the item name, and one line above will give you an action id, action name, and action category if the the menu item is an action item.

That’s great denis, I was thinking that parsing that file would be the likely solution.
