[Closed] Max8 Script Help: Don't Anti-Alias Against Background

Is it possible to turn the Don’t Anti-Alias Against Background flag off through script, or even through a C++ plugin?

I know that one could change it by modifying the 3dsMax.ini file but that requires a restart by the looks of things.
