hi,
Even if Installation Completed, the max.exe file doesnt respond when I click on it (literally nothing happens, not even software window pops up and freezes). I already tried to uninstall and reinstall it several times,but the problem is still continuing. The software was used to work fine, till my computer got infected by a malware .After malware removal I realized the problem occurred on my computer, I run the max on win7 64 bit. Does anyone have an idea on What I should try?

Maybe reformat your hard drive , reinstall everything from scratch including windows 7.
Or maybe try a registry clean (in safe mode) after uninstalling max. Then reinstall max.
