[Closed] looking to port Maya plugin to Max

I’m creating an interface in Python. I’m thinking of using PySide fot the UI. Do you Max guys know if it is possible to use the same code in Max when it comes time to port the code?

Depends how you want to solve it.
but there is python for 3dsmax here:
http://code.google.com/p/blur-dev/wiki/Py3dsMax
It gives you a feel for if it’s possible or not.
I guess your biggest issue is the GUI, it has to be supported in both ends.
