I have a multi million dollar idea and have procured alien technology,
what programming language/code(s) should i be learning to implement into current 3d programs such as max?

Maxscript, python, C# or c++ let them pick their choice
Each has advantages, as well as disadvantages, it all depends on what
the alien technology needs. It can also be combined to get the best of whatever language they choose. (for example c++ combined with maxscript is the way I usually do it.).
c++ for the heavy stuff, and maxscript for GUI coding and such. then call c++ functions when needed from maxscript.
Our answer depends on your assurances that you have not procured this alien technology for nefarious purposes. I’ve seen Independence Day, don’t you know.
