[Closed] how to stich single renders together?

Hello everybody,

I wonder if someone could help me.
I scripted a PlugIn that creates a scene with a single object, a circle path around it and a camera attached to it. The camera renders 720 single frames of a width of 1 pixel and a height of 576. (the camera has to be rotated 90 deg for that “width is height now”).
My question is now if it is possible to stich all these 720 single frames together to one single image with the size of 576×720 in max? If so, how would I do that? What I have in the end is a image like in the attachment.
Did I make myself clear? I find it very hard to explain…
