[Closed] How to get 3dsmax thumbnail without open scene?

Hi everyone,is there a better way can access 3dsmax thumbnail without open it?as I knew,there are 2 ways can do it ,

1. Access 3dsmax cache ,but it’s work only for 2010 or higher,and does not perfect,the max scenes cache thumbnails can be accessed only for it was created by saved max scene,if you have a new max file does not create thumbnails before,then, you will not access it.

2.Use dotnet control,there is a good dotnet work before,from LoneRobot,it’s great ,but unfortunately ,it doesn’t work for my machine at all,XP 32 bit.

it seems not all machine can work fine,and there is no more solution to fix this bug.

so there is another good way to do that?
