[Closed] how to "deep-reset" the matrix of an object?

One thing we have done it the past to solve problems is to create a Box – convert to an editpoly, attach the problem mesh to the Box, go subobject and delete the original Box element. The problem mesh should take on the Box transform etc – unless it’s really *****.
