[Closed] forearm twist "bias"
Mar 22, 2007 3:58 pm
Can anyone explain a “bias” equation to me. I have a skeleton with a simple forearm twist setup and I’d like a to have a slider on a control object that controls how much twist each bone takes. For example, In the current setup, each twist bone is wired to the wrist x_rotation by a certain amount, like:
forearm_twist_bone1 = x_rotation*.75
forearm_twist_bone2 = x_rotation*.5
forearm_twist_bone3 = x_rotation*.25
I’d like the slider to control the values I’m multiplying the x_rotation by, so if it is at one extreme the first twist bone will take all of the rotation and if it is at the other extreme all bones will rotate evenly. Any help is appreciated, thanks, Jon
