I’ll probably be dealing with ~50 bones and ~2k verts. Coulkd take a while. I’ll try it and see.

found the issue. Mesh vs Polymesh…different mxs methods
obj.SetSelection #Vertex #{v}
But Dennis is right of course, slow as heck.
Is there any faster option? Is it time to learn c++ / SDK stuff?
are skin bone ids messed up for the SDK c++ functions as well?
