[Closed] find <vertex_bone_integer> form the bone's name?

I’ll probably be dealing with ~50 bones and ~2k verts. Coulkd take a while. I’ll try it and see.

But Dennis is right of course, slow as heck.

Is there any faster option? Is it time to learn c++ / SDK stuff?
are skin bone ids messed up for the SDK c++ functions as well?
