[Closed] extracting and reassigning rotations

Hi every one,

playing around with maxScript while riggen a spline with stretchy bones and ran into an interesting problem.
It’s hard to explain, so I attached an example file.
What I try to achieve is an dynamic update of the z-rotation of the CNT_02-object dependant on the rotation of another object(Bone02).

I was able to extract the rotation and apply it to another object(Point09) however I would like to have this applied on CNT_02.
CNT_02 works as a control object for the position of the bone02 and as it’s up node, so I need to maintain control for the other axises.
I can realign the objects rotation by hand, but would like to have this automated.
Is this possible and if so, can someone guide me.
