[Closed] dotNet version of angle UI control?

I want to create something like the standard “angle” UI control, but in which both sides of the angle can be set instead of only one. I know that people have found ways to build dotNet versions of the Max rollout controls which can do things that the originals can’t. Is there anything out there that does what I am looking for, or could someone sufficiently versed in dotNet whip something up?
