[Closed] dotnet and windows 10

I know this is probably a bit daft, but I thought I’d see how my spreadsheet editor would handle the new UI of windows 10.

First impressions aren’t so good…

The white title bar is pretty ugly for any dialog/form in max if you, like most I assume, are rocking a dark theme.

More importantly, I’m finding my previously quite stable dotnet UI has become glitchy and largely unstable.

The “System.Windows.Forms.Timer” also seems less reliable, but that could be down to the way I’m using it. I need to investigate further.

Have any of you jumped in to see how your tools are working windows 10? Any problems?

Cheers

Hey Patrick,

I found 8 messed up some stuff, things like scale were way off (and not to do with the magnification settings) and 10 is actually a bit better. But I agree the white titlebar throws the ‘aesthetic’ off somewhat in the dark theme. I’ll try the pipeline here on it and see if it throws up anything, there’s a fair bit of dotnet there
