[Closed] copy $spot01 — creates a 2nd light but no target

so I end up with two spotlights that share the target. if I delete one of the lights, it deletes the targtet with it. and the light changes it’s orientation.

is there a way to automatically copy the target too, or create a target for the new light?

Try this

sp2=copy $spot01
t2=copy $Spot01.Target
sp2.target=t2
