Right, ok, everything from before makes a bit more sense now. I thought you wanted me to add a slice modifier each time xD Ok thats cool, I will look into that. Although, I take this means I will still go through the MNMesh slice ?? If so, I still can’t fix my issue which reselects the old cut, even when I clear the edge selection …

traditionaly you handle both triobject and polyobject seperately and other types are converted to triobject then passed to the pipeline, but yes you could convert to polyobject and operate on the MNMesh.
nice thing about modifiers is there lots and lots of examples
