that certainly is more elegant. I avoided the Find method because of the possibility of duplicate folder names but now that I think about it that would be irrelevant for this kind of tree if the path was the key. Also didn’t know about the getHashValue function. Next time I need a treeview I’ll put it to good use, cheers
