[Closed] biped vs ctrls

Ok, i tried spring ctrl on bipeds hands legs & … but this is not possible as long as I know. There can be other ways to do so but needs some scripts to add some pos ctrls then link them to dummy objs… and biped will work with that.

I made a HI IK leg and added a spring ctrl to its target, when the foot touches the ground, it shakes but it also goes into ground plane.

One way to avoid such effect is: to create a parameter holding the value of spring ctrl, then invert the negative part of pos (local Z) but tangent at the inversion point is not 180 degree (or smooth I mean they have V shape).

Another way is: to offset the value then div it by 2 with more stiffness. (Adding list ctrl then offset it)

All of these methods need extra time to create extra parts and vars.

My question is…

Is there any other way to do this?

Is there a way to use spring ctrl with biped? (Directly)

I think it makes movements better.

What about reactor? (Real-time?)
