[Closed] applying Projectionmap to omni

Hi, I tried to apply atexture as projection map to an omni.the texture is a gradient ramp in the second slot of the materioal editor. but how can i call the the texture?

in the helpfile it says the projectorMap needs a textureMap. but underneath, it says, that a subAnim named Projection_Map must be created for the light.

how do I do that??

I read about subAnims, but couldn’t understand

and if i have more than one light, do i have to do this for each light?

I don’t know if this is the way the manual describs, but it works.

I wrote:

myMap = getMeditMaterial 2

myOmni.projectormap = myMap
