[Closed] Any tools for sizing map tiling to match real units?

Hello.
Is there any script that would some how try to adjust map tiling to real units so that for example 1 tile would measure 1 meter?
I know this isn’t a straight thing to do with complex geometry but…
I know I can adjust manualy with UVWXform or even in UnwrapUVW but I would like to automatize?? this process…
Does anyone know anything about something like this?

It doesn’t exacly what I need but I think I can change it to my needs.
