[Closed] Aligning pivot to rotated poly and reset xform

Any idea on aligning the pivot to an object that has been xformed and rotated?
I was thinking about finding a major local axis and the use that as the align target. But I’m far to make something that actually works.

I suggest to use a null point/dummy placed and oriented on the object’s face where the aligned pivot would be.
Parent the object to this null.
Move/rotate the null so that coords are reseted.
The obj should be well placed, so delete the null and resetXform the obj to assign new transformation.

But even with a tool, this is a manual reset, not an automatic batch solution for mass objects.
