[Closed] add vertex on edge

Hi,
I have two curved planes with one hipoly and the second mid poly. now i want to create vertices on to the mid poly edge which is parallal to the hipoly edge exactly like the hipoly edge vertex and weld it to the nearest vertex of the perpendicual edge vertex. Hope u undstand what i want…
