[Closed] Toggle backburner Split Scanline

I searched and found an archived thread about this that was never answered, and figured I’d repost it and see if there’s some light someone could shed on this.

I’ve got a script that netrenders 4 passes, and then composites the passes. This works great when doing a large batch, but if I’ve only got one scene to render, whatever machine gets assigned the occlusion pass can’t keep up with the other passes (ambient, specular, diffuse). Is there a way to toggle the Split Scanline feature in the backburner job I’m submitting for the occlusion pass, or is coding my own slicer/stitcher the only option?

Edit: I know that – with just one job – I could simply submit it manually, but the key here is that I’m moving onto a bigger and better position at work, and I’ve got to get this to play nicely with an untrained hourly employee, so I’m coding a gui that is very user-friendly, and would like to implement this feature through it.
