[Closed] Strange Net Render Behavior

I have developed a script to send jobs to the net render. When I render these jobs with an alpha channel about every 20 to 40 frames I get files that didn’t get an alpha channel rendered. I am assigning the file by modifiying the job by sending the file string. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be great.
