[Closed] Smooth skin weight tool

I’ve been using maya and there was a free script with source in python called tf_smoothSkinWeight.py to smooth skin weight without specifying particular bone. There is a plugin version too http://www.braverabbit.com/smoothskinclusterweight/ . I tried implement it for Max in maxscript without success yet. Just wonder if anyone have heard about these kinds of tool for max. Thanks.
