[Closed] Smooth mesh connection

Hi,
Am looking for a script or method to smooth connect 2 objects before I start coding my own:
If you have a cylinder and another cylinder as branch (linked to the main cylinder), how easy can I model 1 object that will represent both cylinders but with a smooth connection?
I need to do more than just 1, so I need to automate it somehow.
I tried blob mesh but it’s just not good and some other techniques.
Any idea?

Maybe it is a difficult task.
I had tried proBoolean,not perfect.
As far as I know , a logical way is , retopology your new model based on the orginal shape of the 2 objects involved in connection.
