[Closed] Script for Drawing perpendicular edges/segments

Whats up guys, I’m inquiring about the feasibility of a script that would allow the user to constrain the creation of line segments to 90 degrees.

Now this feature already exists for shapes oriented at 0 or 90 degrees (hold Shift). I’m looking for a script that would function identical to this, but at all other angles.

So holding down a new key combo allows the user to constrain at 90 degrees from the line’s local normal/vector. So a line drawn at 37 degrees, would constrain to 127 degrees.

How difficult is this concept? Does it sound doable?
