3dsmax documentation says that we cannot resize a window when is docked:
“its size cannot changed with the rollout floater’s size property. The rollout floater must be unregistered first.”
But I see a lot of window like Scene Explorer, which we can resize it. Is it possible to create a Resizable docked window by using maxscript?

there is no way or i don’t know how to dock Scene Manager in max version <= 2014.
seems like it’s a new feature of max 2015
