[Closed] React to Min

I am doing some rigs and I would like to have some sort of ground plane interaction. I found only one way how to do it :
two skinned characters – one without XForm (A) one with XForm on it (B). XForm Z is scripted to look on A.min and react accordingly. As U can see it is basic and not very good.
Is there a way to put to script controller something like “after update check min of your self and react but just once”?
For all scripters it is probably easy but I do not have programing background but I try.
