[Closed] Possible? Open/Save As Dialog with predefined size

This is typically done by writing the size/position out to a .ini file and then read in when the dialog is opened. Look up get/setINISetting in the mxs reference.

I think there was a misunderstanding

since max7 you can resize them in th ui, but max doesn’t remember the size.

and there doesn’t seem to be a maxscript way to do it. i know how to save settings out to ini files, but i need to find a way to get/set the size first
