[Closed] Painter Interface, setting brush size?

Im trying to use
thePainterInterface.minSize = value

however it doesnt set the size of the brush in the viewport…
If i open the options using
thePainterInterface.paintOptions()

and set the size in there, that works fine…

Any ideas?
