[Closed] Newbee question: how to get data from Excel

I’m trying to find a way to get data from excel into my MaxScript.

In the reference file I can see how to create an excel file and write to it, but I cann’t see how to get date from excel.
My guess is to use OLE/activeX but please help me i the rigth direction…
