[Closed] NVidia PhysX Cache in XML Format > PointCache ?
Dear Scripters,
i got more into the new NVidia max plugin (even newer built will be released soon enough, stay tuned): https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=191256
it is able to record the motion etc in XML format but how can i apply it to a point cache modifier e.g.? what i´m essentially trying to do is using physx calculated objects as position objects for particles but as soon as physx takes over the particles on the mesh freeze in position so i wanna record the motion and re-apply it to a clone of the object and try if that works.
Baking stuff out in XML format makes sense to me anyways becasue it can be converted to maya or xsi cache e.g. if done right.
