[Closed] Max Plugins Source Code Links
Howdy all, in my travels on teh net I have come across several maxscript extensions that had the C++ source code provided, namely the REZN8 tools and I think the Avguard and/or FooLib MAXScript Extensions.
The problem is that currently no packages downloadable anywhere have source code included, even the release notes for the latest REZN8 tools say the source is included but it isn’t. I have previously had these packages but have lost them through the ages.
Could everyone who has links to any Max plugin source code (C++) please post to this thread so we have a list of plugins that can be recompiled by members of the community when Max moves on to the next version.
Also the best way to learn SDK coding is by looking at other peoples examples.

This thread mirrors something I’ve been thinking about for a long time now. I would like to create a source code repository to keep plugin source code available even when the original sites no longer exist. The domain already exists: http://source.maxplugins.de
The biggest problem is getting in touch with all of the programmers to get permission to keep a copy of their source code on my site. But I think I will try and get something sorted out in the next month or two.
The list above just about covers most of the plugins I recompiled for Max 9 a couple of weeks ago, and if anyone knows of any more, I will try and get them recompiled as well…
