[Closed] How to modify sub-object selection in scripted modifier?

Does anyone know, how to modify sub-object selection in scripted modifier?
For example, how to make an modifier that inverts selection done with mesh select.
I have tried extending Mesh_select, Edit_mesh and Edit_Poly but I don’t know how to get faces/vertices from delegate.
