You cannot. (although the right syntax would be to put () around the expression to be copied). This returns a menu:MixinInterface and you cannot copy it.

then add MainMenuBar in right quads menu
so than need copy it
The menu bar was intentionally locked in (I think) R4. Back in R3, it could have been floated and disabled for full Expert Mode. It turned out to be a bad idea as you could lose it and never be able to get it back.
Don’t think it is technically possible to do what you want. Even deleting all items from the menu should still leave a menu bar up there… (I might be wrong though).
